The place is fairly minimalistic, the only additional amenities are covered parking (1 space per unit) and on site laundry. Things that are good. 1. Laundry is free to use (not coin operated). 2. Neighborhood is fairly quiet despite being close to the tracks. 3. New landlord recently replaced the driveway, windows, and renovated the front patio area. Things that are bad. 1 Other than the windows the building has no insulation and it takes forever to cool the place off from a hot day. 2. Dated 2 ...
prong outlets limit what you can plug into the place. 3. Water can take a long time to heat up and the bathroom fan isn't efficient at circulating the air. Overall, it's not a bad place, but the rent is creeping up big time considering it's in Mountain View. This is a big factor which is forcing me to move soon.
