    The apartments are nice on the inside but management does not care enough to keep the grounds clean. The neighborhood that was once nice with brand new houses, now has grafitti and shopping carts all up Mccleay from Winco. I've had more bad neighbors than good neighbors while living there (but that's any apartment building).
