This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Management does a STELLAR job at taking care of its residents. Been here for 3 years now and it’s only gotten better. Thank you to the maintenance team for being so quick to respond to any work orders.

Apartments then selves are very nice. As well as all the community amenities they offer. Would give them a 5 star but when we applied apparently we applied for a ada unit which it was not very clear and the photos on the listing did not show that and the ladies up front were not very knowledgeable on that and the bathroom was a huge selling point for us so to not get that and be paying premium prices is disappointing.

i love it here! pools & spa is amazingg, with it was open a little bit later, but understandable since there are college students living here. the location is unreal! one of the staff members made us a littleee uncomfortable but oh well.

It’s been great, all the amenities are awesome. The apartments feels very luxury. It’s a great spot to live. I’ve really enjoyed the golf simulator.

I like the Awesome amenities. Great staff great floor plans. Nice walk ways and I like the coffee bar and golf simulator. Everything is great

pretty good overall! clean, quiet, residents are respectful. but the pool guest rule could be managed a little better. sometimes who sororities or frats will show up, and they just leave the gate unlocked

The amenities are amazing. The apartments are super high-quality. They have grills to use in a pizza oven, which is super beautiful GYM very happy I moved here

Absolutely amazing and worth every penny with the perfect amenities! The staff is excellent and with the amount of fur babies running around there is absolutely no sign of them being here. Very well kept campus. We haven’t heard a single peep from any of the neighbors through the walls. Would highly recommend 19th and Graf apartments to anyone and everyone.
