November 23, 2025I enjoy living at 19th and Graf, I like my apartment and enjoy the amenities. However, I wish some thing about the amenities were different… like having the hot tubs open until 11 on the weekends and maintaining the coffee machines (both were down this past week).Property Manager Responded

Please contact the office regarding the coffee machines as we are unaware of any issues with either of them. Our staff fills them each morning & runs a cleaning cycle as well as a deep clean of all the parts & pieces each Friday. Thank you Bailey!

October 27, 2025We moved into the newer phase of development, so while we don’t have a lot of neighbors yet, everyone we’ve talked with and encountered has been friendly and welcoming. There’s lots of space for our dog to get acclimated to other dogs being around, and the dog park will be a great place to socialize him. The common areas are well kept by staff and residents alike. There’s opportunity for plenty of social interactions everywhere, but if you like to keep to yourself the way this community was ...designed it incorporates that as well.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2025The apartments look nice but built poorly/cheaply (you can hear neighbors through the walls and smells seep through wall outlets). The view into other apartments reminds me of New York City living. Most residents are college students. There are a lot of dogs! Management is nice and somewhat helpful. The maintenance team is courteous and top notch. Overall, they are overpriced apartments that look "luxury" but in reality are far from it.Property Manager Responded

October 10, 2025I love living here. Having the pool all summer was amazing. The community is lively and fun. For being so close to the college it's pretty quiet here. It's fun to see the Bobcat community take pride on game days. My dog loves the patio and the walking paths where we always run into other furry friends.Property Manager Responded
