Went to look at an apartment for a family member. As soon as you walk in the building you can smell "cat." There are missing tiles on the floor. Looks like no upkeep has been done in decades. Apartments are extremely small and gross looking. You can hear everything from neighboring apartments. The pizza place downstairs has roaches do to the condition of the apartments above them. The whole building is disgusting.
