The property manager does not do her job. She does not like anyone having pets but herself. She does not listen to issues tenants have with the property and usually takes 2 weeks to have any issue even looked at. If there emergencies pray its not a weekend because you will be told that she is not working and so you must resolve it. She also will do her best to add rules to a lease without talking to the tenant. Please just dont waste your time after 6 months into a year lease period the owner ...
called and told us they forgot to raise our rent and we refused to pay an increased price as our lease locked us in for a year. Also if you need to contact the owner due to needing a lease renewal, the property manager will get mad.. even if you can not get into contact with her. Please just find somewhere where life is not chaos and random texts in the morning about new rules of the week that you happen to break. Im sorry to anyone who must rent here or has. My neighbor has had the same experience and have yet to speak to someone who has or currently lives at these apartments that has a positive remark about it.
