I only have rave reviews for the new management team. They are more welcoming, and seem to get along with each other and that's important. Maybe they can keep the gates open on Sundays for guests of families. Just a suggestion.

The new management group seem to actually care about the building and that is a breathe of fresh air. The previous group let things get pretty bad and didn't hold residents accountable for being nasty and lazy. I know there is only so much you can do with residents but there are several here who truly don't care about their neighbors or rules set by management. If you are reading this I say thanks for the effort so far. Those of us that have been here for a while notice the change and effort. If ...

I could make one request can you please monitor individuals who are just throwing trash in the garbage rooms without putting it in a bag or down the chutes. There is no excuse for that besides being lazy and inconsiderate.

Great staff, great community. Only downside is lack of cleaning services and maintenance to the hallways. Carpets need cleaning and wall damage needs to be repaired. Also, washers and dryers need to function properly and consistently on each floor.

There is always something out of order and it takes forever to get things fixed. The main problems are the washers and dryers because very rarely are all 4 units working at the same time

I have Never had one issue when moving in. It's quiet, it gives you a homey feeling. It's very nice that they do a get together for the residents welcoming them to their new home giving them a warm feeling and comfort and understanding that they are able to do so.

I've been asking for months for the washers and dryers to be fixed/replaced on my floor with no response. The laundry machines on the other floors are also broken, it's hard to come by one that's available if it's even in working condition. That problem among other safety issues is why I'm giving 1-star.

So far it has been really good . The floor I live onn is extremely quiet. Not bad for apartment living. Free laundry had me surprised and I’m happy about it and I can’t wait to get my internet box. 6 weeks free rent is just what I needed! Thanks 200 E Webster!!

Good place so far seen some improvement,friendly staff good amenities, just need dog stations around the building because people aren't picking up after their pets, and also need the laundry room situation to get fixed as there are numerous washers and dryers not working for months since I been here.
