December 30, 2025Good place so far seen some improvement,friendly staff good amenities, just need dog stations around the building because people aren't picking up after their pets, and also need the laundry room situation to get fixed as there are numerous washers and dryers not working for months since I been here.Review from Apartments.com

December 29, 2025There is room for a lot of improvement still. Other residents are leaving clothes in laundry areas for over an hour. Sometimes several hours or even until the next day. Washer and dryers that don't work on several floors if not all floors. There are NO waste receptacles yet lots of dogs and owners not picking up waste. Still waiting on a dog park. And recently found out that utilities is a shared expense. We are paying almost $200 and it's just me and my husband. I dont like that at all!Property Manager Responded

Roaches
September 9, 2025I’m a very clean person, and the roaches are just diabolical here. I’ve terminated my lease early because they are everywhere, and I’m supposed to be out the first week of October. I’ve probably seen a roach on every single surface in my apartment and this past weekend I killed 10 in one hour (not exaggerating) even after they sprayed my apartment 3 weeks in a row this month. They come crawling out of the wall behind my mounted tv, are in my kitchen sink every morning, bedroom, bathroom, you name ...it, there’s a roach. The last straw was my bed, and now I refuse to even sleep here and have begun moving some of my things into my parents house. I brought only a small portion of my things and a roach came with me to my parent’s house. I’m terrified to move the rest of my belongings and starting an infestation there.Property Manager Responded
