January 22, 2026I've been asking for months for the washers and dryers to be fixed/replaced on my floor with no response. The laundry machines on the other floors are also broken, it's hard to come by one that's available if it's even in working condition. That problem among other safety issues is why I'm giving 1-star.Review from Apartments.com

December 30, 2025Good place so far seen some improvement,friendly staff good amenities, just need dog stations around the building because people aren't picking up after their pets, and also need the laundry room situation to get fixed as there are numerous washers and dryers not working for months since I been here.Property Manager Responded

December 29, 2025There is room for a lot of improvement still. Other residents are leaving clothes in laundry areas for over an hour. Sometimes several hours or even until the next day. Washer and dryers that don't work on several floors if not all floors. There are NO waste receptacles yet lots of dogs and owners not picking up waste. Still waiting on a dog park. And recently found out that utilities is a shared expense. We are paying almost $200 and it's just me and my husband. I dont like that at all!Property Manager Responded
