Run. Far away. Unsafe area of Seattle with ridiculous prices, very aged and rundown appliances and interiors not well maintained or updated. The corporate owners, Chicago based I believe, and their investors, are excessively profit motivated and not worried about renovation and updates. This area has multiple brand new apartments with similar or better pricing.

This is a lovely place to live on the shores of Lake Washington with easy access to the lake and park, shopping, and trails. It is a nice place to live; I've been here a LONG time. But each time contractors work on the buildings, or apartments you can tell the lowest bidder got the work or at least it appears that way. No one ever seems to inspect the quality (or lack of) work and have the contractors return to fix things which should not be acceptable to maintain a good standard of quality.

Moving in here was a breeze. The staff is really kind and helpful. We have a beautiful view of lake Washington while still being tucked into the trees. Price is a little bit high for being a bit older of a complex. However maintenance and amenities are well taken care of around the complex itself. I do wish recycling was an option and that our outdoor storage door locked. I truly love living here though and it's a wonderful location and pet friendly!
