The corporate owners, Chicago based I believe, and their investors, are excessively profit motivated and not worried about renovation and updates. But each time contractors work on the buildings, or apartments you can tell the lowest bidder got the work or at least it appears that way. No one ever seems to inspect the quality (or lack of) work and have the contractors return to fix things which should not be acceptable to maintain a good standard of quality.

Price is a little bit high for being a bit older of a complex. However maintenance and amenities are well taken care of around the complex itself.
