Feels right at home
December 19, 2023I checked out so many places in MA, but 201 Canal felt right at home. The amenities, the small-town vibe, and peace are unmatched by any other location in MA. People usually make homes, and Marissa made it feel like you are right at home with her helpful nature. I walked in without an appointment because it was a last-minute plan (appointments are recommended), and she still came through for me. A Blue collar’s dream!
March 1, 2022Beautiful property, great location, wonderful staff. The day of my tour was spectacular, I felt like a Kardashian picking a brand new build downtown flat! This feels like a Tight knit community, can’t wait for spring to flourish on this wonderful establishment! My tour was amazing, I felt right at home. Oversold me
February 5, 2022I was told there was a year round roof deck with 4 grills that can be reserved. It’s two, it’s seasonal and it’s first come first serve. I was told there was a dog park. It’s the size of a bathroom. I was told there were 4 remote work offices. Nope 2. I was told there was an Amazon Hub. Nope. The unit I toured was tiny, the stove had a scratch and the window latch was broken, yet no one has even lived here yet. This is classic bait and switch stuff. The person who gave me the tour, Clarissa, ...could not answer a single question. “I don’t know. Not sure. I’m new”. You can do better for what they charge. Not impressed.
