November 24, 2023Our new apartment is absolutely beautiful! We love the luxury feeling of the countertops, self closing drawers, spacious bedrooms and flooring. Downtown Neenah has been a hidden gem and we appreciate the convenience to shopping and coffee shops.Review from Apartments.com
Poor quality construction
November 5, 2023Furnishings are excellent. Insulation and build quality are subpar. I have lived in many condos and apartments, but sound transmission in this building is horrendous. I can hear the toilet flushing, music, and muted conversations with ease. Unfortunately this building went up too quickly with no regard for quality and insulation. At less than 50% occupancy it’s subpar.Review from Apartments.com
