This building has great apartments in a bad location. Constant music playing in-front of the building during the summer,Hoodlum teens hanging out in front of building during the nights,lots of welfare tenants, Elevator works, doesn't work , works, doesn't work ect: They just recently started to give hot water after years and years of complaining... If you want to get in contact with the Indian landlord get ready to go through alot of red tape and a moronic Secretary who give you the run around ...
to protect her employer. Great apartments at a terrible location with a terrible owner and terrible concern for his tenants...you've been warned.
