    Beautiful community, well kept, great location on the Cooper River, I'm close to all local restaurants and stores. Staff is always great, helpful and friendly. Overall, love this community!

    The place is amazing and welcoming but however they do not fix roof leaks. Apartments all along the fourth floor have struggle with major roof leaks. 202 keep saying that they are going to fix it but every time it rains heavily a new leak forms. This is something to keep in mind before you move in.
