Cheap rent but terrible management

Lived here for three years. Lived in two apartments, both were not at all ready for move in (not repainted nor cleaned) I had to do this myself. The super had no awareness of my move in day after driving multiple hours. Every window broke due to poor materials. The building is most likely not up to code, the water was extremely hard and the floor was very unlevel. I could hear all of my neighbors conversations very clearly, upstairs, downstairs and next door. Getting responses from the management ...
company was like pulling teeth, the lady who runs this building was super unprofessional to work with. Each spring I had an ant issue and every winter they never shoveled the parking lot (it’s a hill that gets icy and dangerous).
