Expensive community with poor management.

The best part about living at Bell Riverside is the location. Otherwise the property is unsafe, poorly maintained and the management teams, several in the last year, have a significant lack of care for the residents.
It looks beautiful in pictures but if you choose to visit, look closer. It's poorly maintained both in upkeep and cleanliness with most of the amenities out of order for unreasonable amounts of time.
The most pressing example of this is the gated entry. It has been out of order ...
for close to a year, since January 2022. This has lead to several security incidents including car break-ins, motorcycle and package theft, as well as increased homeless activity.
Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that cares about it's residents and puts an effort into maintenance.
