You can pay rent online as well as summit maintenance request that gets done on time. Staff also has activities for residence every now and then (such as Taco Tuesday or Treats for your pet). I think going the extra mile is a plus.

Groceries, restaurants, bars, dog park across the street… it’s clean, secure, and management (Teddi) is an amazing person that helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions even at the most random of times. This was one of the first buildings I found in my own search, and nowhere else came close to the quality and location (and good ratings) in the price range I was looking for. In addition to the units being very nice and well insulated for sound (I have yet to hear any noise from my neighbors), the management is quite honestly the best you could have. They're always incredibly friendly, and when ...you need something they're there right away to help. For example a non-urgent service request I put in in the early afternoon was resolved by 3pm the same day. My only complaint is super minor, and it's that the parking spaces can be a bit narrow. I may have just gotten unlucky stuck between two larger cars, but it's often hard for the driver or passenger to get in the car due to lack of space. Overall though, the convenience and safety of the parking being right below the building is well worth it to me. Stop searching and move here!!
