Cigarette smoking problem

I love everything else about this place(pet friendly, professional, and great value), but really this is an old building so the floors squeak and walls are not air tight and there is smoke seeping through. It makes me very angry to try to be in my home trying to rest and smell someone else's smoke or worse smell weed. I'm concerned for the health of pets and children. Very disappointed, deal breaker for me

Pre war building, tree lined street, quiet neighborhood. Moderately spacious apartment ideal for couples and small family. One of the best locations! safe, clean environment, parking garage on premises. Easy commute to Queens/NYC. Family friendly and a dog lovers haven. Within walking distance to public transportation, shops and dining establishments, and centrally located to best public schools. "A hidden gem."
