December 8, 2025I can't speak highly enough about this building. It's not perfect, of course: it's an older, rent-controlled building, and it has its issues. But every problem I've ever had has been handled quickly and smoothly: almost always within 24 hours, often less. And Jef, Janice, and Jose are the best management team I could imagine. They truly make it feel like home, in a way I wouldn't have thought possible.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025I have really enjoyed my time at the 2112 New Hampshire Avenue. There is a strong sense of community in the building, and the location is ideal. May 2, 20252112 New Hampshire is a great place to live! The management is responsive and friendly, the building is well-maintained (though older), and the location is unbeatable. The only downside is the central air is centrally controlled, which can lead to some hot days or weeks awaiting changeover... so be cautious if you're very heat sensitiveProperty Manager Responded

November 30, 2024I’m a new resident, but so far really impressed with the building. I’ve met several of the staff members, and they are all very kind and helpful. My lease signing and move-in experience was a breeze. My neighbors are friendly. The apartment was clean and in excellent shape by move in. Fantastic Place!
October 24, 2024I lived at 2112 New Hampshire for a little over three years and I loved this place. It's impossible to find better balconies in NW DC. The staff are really friendly, and they set up regular events like ice cream socials and food trucks. Package/concierge is very secure too. It's also a fantastic location - close to U St but a few blocks off so it's a quiet neighborhood. I can't recommend this place enough.Property Manager Responded
