Most of the tenants here are all old friends of the owner Brian. Everyone has pets most have multiple but I was the only one charged $1000 deposit for an old cat. I moved out March 1 after living there three years and it’s the 26th and I haven’t gotten any of my deposit back I’ve almost $5000 and he won’t return my call. He won’t do anything about noise in the walls are paper thin people have multiple kids and can’t control them you will go insane over the noise if you’re in a lower apartment. ...
The neighborhood is safe and great tho. I would not recommend my worst enemy moving in here honestly. I only stayed three years because I had bad credit and the owner knew I moved out homeless and still hasn’t given me my deposit, shady. Won’t return my texts about my deposit either.
