I was left with an amount owed after this company materially breached my lease by failing to fix a mildewed ceiling that leaked every time it rained. I gave them ample attempts to resolve the issue over the course of some months to no avail. I was forced to move out due to my allergies and asthma risks and to protect my overall pulmonary health. However, I noticed a review mentioning that someone had scheduled an in-person tour but no one showed up, which made me hesitant to proceed. Fortunately, my experience was completely different. Aaron showed up on time for the tour and was incredibly professional. He explained that the issue mentioned in the review occurred before he was hired to address those kinds of concerns. So I had scheduled to look at a studio apartment. 2 hours before the time...I get a message saying they have to cancel. The Person did offer to do virtual tour. Virtual tours are just them texting me videos that are already on the website. Kind of a waste of time. A follow up appointment to look at the studio was scheduled. There was no one in staff to greet me and show me the unit. I called and left several messages. No response.
