Living at MAA 220 has been an amazing experience and I could not be happier with my choice. The location is unbeatable in the heart of everything, close to the St Johns River, major highways, and downtown, while still feeling safe and peaceful. This community has a lot to offer. First of all, it's a luxury to live here every day because the communal areas are always kept immaculately clean and well-maintained. The personnel at this community deserves special mention; they have been so helpful to me that I don't even know where to start! If you value the kindness you receive, you must make this place your residence.

Great staff. Great neighborhood. Close to downtown. Not a lot of major stores around like Target, Walmart, Publix, Trader Joes, Whole Foods etc. But tons of restaurants within walking distance. The area is newly developed so hopefully that changes soon but overall, it's a great place and a great start to modernizing Jacksonville, FL
