        I’ve really enjoyed living here! The location is perfect — the commute is super convenient, and it only takes less than 1 hour to get anywhere I need to go in the city. The manager is very friendly and always quick to help whenever something comes up. The apartment itself is spacious (over 700 square feet!), clean, and comfortable. Plus, it’s just a short walk to several grocery stores, which makes daily life so easy. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, hassle-free living ...

        Great location. Responsive maintenance team. We have a gym within the building. However, don’t expect many community activities. People live here respect each other, you barely hear any noises from your neighbors. Leasing office is not as good as the old days - many times no one is in the office during the operation hours.

        We have been in 221 Bergen for almost three years. 100% love the location, very convenient to go to NYC. We get used to the noise from the highway. Not much community activities from the leasing office tho.

        Tenants are polite and considerate for noises, the location is very convenient. However, it becomes harder to reach out to the leasing office as they sometimes are out of office during office hours without notice.

        This is very comfortable building for living! Close to Path, to the grocery store, also ShopRite and BJ’s. Calm and safe community. For us was extremely important that building is free smoking! And of course central heating is an advantage. There are some cons - not much amenities (we use only gym and terrace). It will be perfect if building has table tennis and game room. Also there are not so much events. We would like some on holidays. But anyway we love this place.

        The building and the location is good. the maintenance staff is also on point and very prompt in resolving any submitted issues. However, since the last manager left, the management is an absolute disaster when it comes to communication. Your emails will not be answered for weeks even after multiple reminders. There isn't a full time manager and the ones covering currently do not seem to care. Everything from your lease renewals to issues with your lease will be met with silence, the management ...
        simply does not care. I have lived here for multiple years and used to love the building for how well mainained it was and how proactive and caring the staff was, but no more. Like every good thing, 221 bergen's good days seem to be behind us. Spend your time and energy elsewhere unless you enjoy sending constant reminders or want to visit the leasing office during work hours to ask them to reply to your emails.

        Great location, quiet and clean community, responsive maintenance team. We have been here for 2 years and we just renew our lease for another 14 months.
