I lived in the top unit. A 2 bedroom. The only good thing was that utilities were included. The apartment itself is falling apart. During the 2yrs we lived there I was convinced that the kitchen ceiling was going to fall in or the floors were going to give way and I'd end up in the unit below. The water situation is ridiculous. There is one water heater for 3 apartments. Since I was on the top floor the water pressure was nonexistent. There was never hot water!!!! One parking spot is ...
included with the unit but the driveway is ridiculous as well. People were constantly getting blocked in. Unless you have considerate respectful neighbors (which are hard to find in ssh) good luck! There are new owners now so hopefully things are better over there
