RUN. I lived here for 2.5 years. The building is run down, tenants had no heat for several days in Jan 2025, and three apartments - #5, #2, and #8 - were cited by the city for code violations. The landlords sent me threatening and abusive emails when I made maintenance requests. The building is a mess and the landlords hire terrible contractors to do repairs.
