Our Maplewood property is located near the Lincoln Center Hy-Vee, Hobby Lobby, and many other shops! Jack Trice Stadium is just a few short blocks away, which makes this the perfect location for game days. The Ames’ historical district and Main Street are less than a mile away, featuring local shops and restaurants of all types. The Blue bus route is right outside of the building, with multiple other bus stops located nearby. This property has a variety of different floor plans: Studio, 1 bath 1 Bed, 1 Bath at 655 Sq Ft 2 Bed, 1.5 Bath at 820 Sq Ft 3 Bed, 1.5 Bath at 995 Sq Ft Tenants pay for electricity and gas in the 2 and 3 bed units, while tenants only pay for electricity in the studio and 1 bed units. 1 gig ICS internet, water & sewer, garbage pick-up, and lawn/snow care will be included. Tenants must provide a wifi router, if a wireless connection is desired. Tenants receive 1 parking permit for the attached parking lot. The apartments are split up into groups of 6, with a coin-operated washer and dryer in each section. Mailboxes are within each section of the property, with an on-site P.O. box for larger mail.

  • Slowly falling apart

    Make sure that you view YOUR unit before moving and are not shown a similar one because they are all insanely different from one another. Also note that if they promise to fix an old appliance or remodel your kitchen they will most likely never fulfill that promise even if reminded 1,000 times. Our dishwasher was broken when we moved in and left a huge puddle in the middle of the kitchen, which had caused our wood to mold by the time they got around to "fixing" it. Washer/Dryer rooms are not in ...
    every building, cost money, and some of them are completely broken or leave your clothes soaking wet. At the beginning of your lease you are asked if you want to be used as a show unit for $5, we said no but our apartment is being shown on a weekly basis now so there are random people entering my apartment during a pandemic of which I am high risk.
