December 12, 2025Just moved in to 228 Park! Brand new building! Super clean! Amazing gym! Great parking! Large common area for tenants to host friends! All in included! WiFi backbone in place - no hardware. All utilities set up in a day over the phone. Easy! I had a simple issue with my thermostat setting - maintenance was here next day! The neighborhood is fantastic. 2 minute walk to 5 great restaurants AND the train to NYC! Countless stores and eateries in on Park Ave! Its a scene!
