Units were recently upgraded with hardwood floors, stone countertops, and new appliances. Everything in excellent condition and management quick to respond to any questions or repair requests (we only had minor requests, no issues). Thick double pane windows keep noise to a minimum. Lots of storage in garage (bike racks and locker included with your spot). Plenty of on-site and neighborhood parking if you need more than the single garage parking spot, but be courteous of the home owners in the neighborhood (don't park in front of walkways/front windows if possible). The grounds are beautiful and unmatched by other properties with a quiet well-maintained open garden/leisure area in front of the units with bocce ball courts, gas grill and fire pits. Recently installed an outdoor yoga/meditation fountain and outdoor exercise area, very relaxing environment right outside your door, and garden plots are available for tenants. Move out was easy and no surprise charges/fees, very good to work with Grover and Keith even after we gave notice that we were terminating the lease.
