Three story walk up with no elevator. Noisy neighbors who smoke skunk pot on the balcony at all hours day and night. Party all night from the balcony below with the pot. So much street noise as the master bedroom is right on the street and above those neighbors. High arch windows that cannot be covered and you can get a suntan in bed as the place is filled with sun all day and the street lights at night. Cheap hardwood floors that are so hard to clean. heat and cool because of the layout. Living there was a nightmare. The only good thing was the convenience of shopping, but the high school is right across the street and more noise day and night. Honking cars and freeway noise as the traffic in downtown Burbank is horrific now. The landlord is impossible to ever talk to and the manager is told to use only one person to do repairs who was mostly out of the country. Two of my expensive paintings were stolen when I was moving into the apartment. I left my lease 3 months early as I just couldn't take it anymore. Oh, and my parcel was stolen right after it was delivered. I thought this place would be ideal, but it turned out to be my worst nightmare.
