heat and cool because of the layout. Living there was a nightmare. The only good thing was the convenience of shopping, but the high school is right across the street and more noise day and night. Honking cars and freeway noise as the traffic in downtown Burbank is horrific now. The landlord is impossible to ever talk to and the manager is told to use only one person to do repairs who was mostly out of the country. Two of my expensive paintings were stolen when I was moving into the apartment. I left my lease 3 months early as I just couldn't take it anymore. Oh, and my parcel was stolen right after it was delivered. I thought this place would be ideal, but it turned out to be my worst nightmare.

But we do have noisy neighbors (at the building next door - we get along really well with our neighbors within the building). They have two large dogs that bark a lot. We've tried taking care of it with local authorities but nothing has gotten those dogs to stop barking.
