Fantastic Apartment

This is a great apartment! It's very close to campus and has great access to Grand Ave. The building is older but it's everything I need as a college student. This is my first place and I find it very affordable. I am very happy with my decision to move in and live in these apartments. I whole heartidly recommend these apartments to any college looking for a place in Laramie.

Overall these are really nice apartments. Very open and spacious. Some utilities are provided which is nice to have. The walls and ceilings are fairly thick minimizing neighbor noise. Some rooms have better flooring than others but it is a minor detail. There has been a problem with insects and spiders getting into the apartment I am in now but it probably gets better as you go up each floor. The owners and maintenance people are very friendly and approachable. The location is excellent as it is ...
within walking distance of the university and close to a lot of main hangouts in the city. Parking is a downfall as there is not much and the parking available is in very tight spaces. Other than that though these are very nice and well kept.
