Pros of this apartment: 1. Large kitchen with lots of counter space 2. Granite counter tops 3. Decent sized bedrooms 4. Mirrored closet doors 5. Nice neighborhood 6. Close to The Daily Grind, Yellow Belly, McConnells, Chicken Ranch and Derf's Cons of this apartment: 1. No disposal in sink 2. No dishwasher 3. New property management company took out washer and dryer from front set of units and now there's only a set in a building behind the main building 4. One off-street parking spot per unit ...
is hard to get into without wrecking your car 5. Rats run around complex outside and in trash 6. Trash in back smells up the entire complex and wafts through the windows for several days on end (no dumpster - just cans) 7. No private outdoor space
