Horrible property
February 3, 2020When this building first open it had so much promise. It was brand new, safe, and close to the metro. A few years later, there are broken front and side doors. Anybody can get in this building. Trash and urine in the stairwells. The custodian they hired, is always outside smoking and never cleaning. The building shouldn’t be this dirty if someone is cleaning everyday. There is no control over who comes in the building. There are homeless/ drug addicts in the stairwell. I have kids that live ...here and they will not be staying here too much longer. If your planning on moving here don’t do it. Turn around
May 22, 2018This is literally one of the VERY VERY WORST places you could have picked to live in DC. People die in and around the building regularly. The E&G Group is well aware but don’t care. The on site staff don’t care about security issues and squatters who basically OWN THE BUILDING. Having a key fob there is a practical joke sike EVERY dope fiend and wino can and will come and go at will whenever they please. The staff BLAME the residents and refuse to do ANYTHING to prevent ANYTHING from happening to ...residents who live in the appartment. The side access hallways are obviously designed and designated to the homeless and local drug addics who use it as their ROUND THE CLOCK HANGOUT, as well as personal restroom. The E&G Group is well aware as I said, but are just happy to be collecting checks monthly. So what if you die here. I am a resident that has lived here since this building opened. February 14, 2018The management staff is always great. Always polite friendly and on point. I would say they have their hands fulls on top of that, their are a few resident that don't follow the lease agreement rules and regulations. As a former DC Resident and Residing at 2321 4th Street LLC Apartments i would say i never had a pest nor mice problem or infestation, the management staff have an exterminator on site on a regular basis to treat and to prevent any pest issues as a mandatory treatment. The Staff ...constantly repair any damages that the resident or their guest vandalize. I would of loved to had stayed if it wasn't for my job transferring me to another state. Great price for its location and amenities. Terrible
January 30, 2018This is not a secured building. There are two doors that anyone can come in at anytime. The stairwells are littered with trash and urine, People who don't live in the building can gain access through broken doors. Mice and other pest are a big problem.
