I moved here a little over a year ago and couldn’t wait for my lease to end! The worst renting experience of my life. The building is old and managed poorly. Management does not care for their tenants at all! There was a lack of snow removal in the winter months, lack of leaf pick up in the fall and a lack of lawn maintenance in the spring and summer months. my bathroom for over a month. Which was never fixed prior to me moving out! I honestly wouldn’t live here if it were FREE! There is a supposedly property manager who I have never seen in my year of living at this location! Who if she had made her rounds would have know this property needed much more work!
Don’t waste your time or your money! The only thing nice about the property is it’s location! Great proximity to everything!
Management needs a course on how to properly care for and handle tenants who rent their properties!
