This apartment is in a rather old building, yet the building has been maintained very well, This is an urban dwelling place, but far away enough from the downtown area. I live on the third floor with 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, dining room, eat in kitchen and the most beautiful deck off of my dining room, which has French doors, I can see miles in the distance, The deck is very private, I can see out but no one can see in, because it is blocked by townhouses below. There is public transportation ...
right outside my building, and a church and a school rigt across the street. A small shopping center is just two blocks up the street, and it is a joy to walk on the tree-lined sidewalks to go shopping there. The only thing I would change is the closet space, as it could use more, or larger, closets.
