Warning: DO NOT RENT!
January 25, 2018We moved in last year in 2017 and have had so many problems! The manager is rude, doesn’t solve issues promptly and makes you stay longer than the lease ends. If you have someone staying with you who is not on the lease he demands extra per month and pockets it. Shady! I would give this 0 stars but... I can’t.Review from Apartments.com
Beware..until issue is resolved
May 25, 2017Do NOT sign a lease if you are expecting to have Time Warner/Spectrum to install service. The installer was called down from his ladder by the onsite manager & was said that because they ( Time Warner/Spectrum ) never fixed his problem that the new tenant could not have theirs turned on. Pretty sure that is illegal & looking further into it. I would advise that until this issue is handled respectfully you look elsewhere. Other than this issue they are not bad looking from outside & inside.Review from Apartments.com
