Don’t waste your time
June 10, 2024Where to start. Property management is horrible. This building has been leaking for years and they still have not ripped up moldy carpets and they have a construction crews in here now that just makes holes everywhere and nothing seems to be progressing. There is no gym no roof views these photos are very misleading. They think they can just build dividing bedrooms and paint things white to make it look more modern and charge more money. The biggest issue that they will never tell you is the ...parking. Street cleaning is M-F so you are only allowed to park on one side of the road. There are not enough spaces and people have had to park in garages and there cars have gotten vandalized it’s a nightmare. They keep building apartments with no parking available. You have to compete with the businesses as well in the area that people park on this street. Honestly just don’t waste your time. Homeless people literally living in the abandoned buildings around the property. I’m embarrassed to show people anything outside of my unit. Horrible
November 7, 2023If the property was properly maintained, this could be the best building in Lynn. Pictures posted show a fitness center (that was removed years ago). Tons of water damage and very insecure (homeless frequently in basement). New property management APM are beyond incompetent and leave you wanting forever for responses to simple questions. Maintenance folks try really hard to keep up on things and are always pleasant. The only positive is square footage. Most of the units are large studios, ...and currently very open floor plans however property management is converting them to 1 beds by putting up half walls (otherwise they would need to reroute hvac) as a “studio +” can justify higher rent. Very important to make sure you have renters insurance with low deductible although Progressive dropped me after a theft claim (basement storage) due to “inherent insecurity “ which the rep explained to me as basically meaning that ownership/property management is negligent and choosing to live here knowing that makes it too risky for them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
