Extreme Negligence
April 8, 2016We didn't have access to our gas for approximately one month after moving in. Our refrigerator was not operational for approximately two weeks after moving in. We were not able to access our mail until after one month of our residence in our unit here. Our ceiling collapsed (after we had shown our superintendent the damage which caused the collapse), damaging some of our possessions visibly, and repairs were not started for six (6) weeks, and were never completed. We were never offered ...restitution for the rent we had paid (in advance) for the month and a half of habitability issues caused by the collapse. The superintendent regularly smoked in the hallway. At one point, someone invaded our apartment while we were sleeping. This invader had a key to our unit. The locks were never replaced. Despite notifying the landlord of our defective oven, we did not have an operational one until 11 months into our 12-month lease. At one point, a water pipe began leaking into the foyer of the building, causing significant standing water for several days. This leak was not repaired until it had been present for over one (1) week. Do not rent in this building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
the lady ruby is extremely rude!
March 5, 2016Neighborhood is nice and the neighbors are ok but the management is horrible. they are extremely rude especially a lady name Ruby. Her attitude and the way she deals with tenants should be reported. the super doesnt do his job. There is almost never any heat in the buildingReview from Apartments.com
