Seamless move in! From the very first tour to move-in day, Gabriella and Mackenzie at 24 at Bloomfield made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely seamless. My fiancé and I were in a tough spot we needed to be out of our previous place on short notice and these two went above and beyond to accommodate us every step of the way.

made sure our two dogs were welcomed with open arms, which meant the world to us.
Move-in day was a hot one, and when we discovered the AC was out, maintenance was dispatched quickly. That kind of responsiveness says a lot about how this community is run.
Gabriella and Mackenzie turned what felt like an overwhelming transition into a smooth, positive experience. We’re so proud to call 24 at Bloomfield our home as we step into this next chapter of life. Couldn’t recommend this place and these two more highly. Thank you both!

Huge mistake I am not even in Michigan yet and my move in went poorly, as my promised garage is not available. This represents a complete lack of competency. I am now concerned about the condition of my apartment and the service I will receive as a resident when I arrive.

The sound insulation is very poor — every morning starts at 6am with the sound of children running in the apartment above, and it often feels as if the noise is happening inside my own unit. Additionally, when signing the lease, I was not informed that there would be extra charges for trash removal(over $20), water and an admin fee. The management asks me to call emergency maintenance every time the upstairs neighbors are running loudly in their apartment. Maintenance comes, listens to the noise, ...
