Extremely poor sound insulation!!
February 25, 2026The sound insulation is very poor — every morning starts at 6am with the sound of children running in the apartment above, and it often feels as if the noise is happening inside my own unit. Additionally, when signing the lease, I was not informed that there would be extra charges for trash removal(over $20), water and an admin fee. The management asks me to call emergency maintenance every time the upstairs neighbors are running loudly in their apartment. Maintenance comes, listens to the noise, ...and leaves. June 23, 2021Apartments are newly built and everything is new, but the walls are paper thin and you get very petty write ups for noises that you can't control due to walls again, being paper thin. Never anywhere to park, the more people that move in the worse it gets, and garages are extremely limited. Property manager is very harsh and wasn't understanding to my needs. Brushed it off and never solved it. Nice place just needs to be more realistic with certain rules.Property Manager Responded
