Just Over Broke. How can you complain when you rents cheap right? You pay for what you get. My two sisters and I are students & full time employees trying to stay just over broke. Our spacious 3 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bath comes with a price: stay in side when the street lights come on, watch out for windows (drive by's are common), don't plan on sleeping before 4am every weekend (it's a fiesta every sat/sun), & make sure ur parked before 5pm every night or u won't be able to find a spot. forget to move your vehicle EVERY 2nd & 4th Monday for street sweeping (it's litter city) or you'll get fined a 60$ ticket. No where to park? Hope you can find something to do from 7-9am two times a month! We get what we can afford; the apartment is decently sized & for 1,100$ a month in Southern California who's complaining right? It's the perfect starter apartment for anyone looking for a steal; just follow the rules and you'll be safe! The positives: parking is free, the apartment is a decent size ( fireplace and small out door space) water and trash are included. The landlord is almost non-existent so it definitely feels like your place (when it comes to any repairs good luck!) like I said, if your looking for CHEAP J.O.B. RENT, then this is the apartment of your dreams! Happy searching!
