Outdated and small!
July 26, 2020Electric is old and fuses blow constantly. You cannot control the heat in your unit. One apartment controls everyone and she likes it hot! Basement (where storage and laundry are) is wet, moldy, dirty and snakes live there! The water is brown from old rusty pipes so I purchased all water for cooking and drinking. Very small units 450 sq feet. Only plus is the area! Love Excelsior and the private entrance.Review from Apartments.com
