August 29, 2025steer clear from renting here… right off the bat the second bedroom had a mold and heat problem the walls had to be torn down the first month moved in the insulation issue was never remedied. The temperature in the apartment was constantly cold 50 landlord constantly blamed my furniture well i found out from neighbors other tenants complained about the same heat issue in this apartment. Also had issues with constant dust in the air/vents because they dont clean the vents so i proceeded to use my ...own electric heaters to warm the apartment till that threw off the power breaker then found out my breaker was under the landlords box so whos electricity was i paying for 5 years?? that was the last straw ontop of the apartment never having water pressure. the hilarious part was the landlord attempted to “remedy” issues by putting a lockbox on the heat. the best day was the day i left this place just by looking at it theres tons of safety/code violations nothing is worth your health.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
