As you see it was built in 1982 and still looks it.The kids dont even have a safe place to play have a big empty back area being used for nothing. Owner can absolutely make it more comfortable and safe in the back for kids. Washing machine and dryers always break because they are from the 80'sThe carpets in apartments are very old. The manager there is lazy,favoritism and tells everyone business not professional. One cooler for your whole unit. Front area will be nice and cool but the rooms will ...

be super hot. Need to at least put ceiling fans in the room. The price for rent does not need to increase it need to go down. Plumming always backed up.
