thought that could have been handled better by management-- it was a little too dramatic for a minor complaint about a short-term issue. Once the people weren't making tons of loud noise, neither were our dogs, so the issue was easily resolved. Overall, management takes care of maintenance issues in a timely manner. The maintenance guys seem pretty nice-- one befriended one of our dogs right away. Our one current gripe is that the pipes seem to get patched up in sections as they break. We've gotten the impression from the frequency that the plumbing may need a general overhaul due to age. Hopefully we won't have to experience the drama of pipe issues directly (as opposed to our water getting shut off for a night & morning because of someone else's).
