Great place to live
April 24, 202625 East has been a great community to live in. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Ive had zero issues with my apartment since moving in and have been very happy with everything. Good apartment complex with some issues
April 23, 2026Overall, have had a pretty good experience living here. The repair guys are always very quick, the nature outside is nice, and there are frequently events going on which are nice. Only real problems were some move in issues where some of the furniture and overall apartment were more dirty/broken than expected, and the problem with frequent stink bugs(though it is on a marsh so only so much you can do).Review from Apartments.com

Love it!
March 25, 2026I’ve had a really great experience living here so far! The office staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. Maintenance does a great job as well—they respond quickly and work hard to get work orders completed as soon as possible. One of my favorite things about living here is the amenities. The pool is perfect during warmer months, the gym is super convenient, and the free printing has honestly been a lifesaver. To top it all off, ...they even provided me with a bus pass that works all semester, which makes getting around so much easier—especially on days I don’t feel like driving. Location and Staff!!
March 25, 202625 east has been the only apartment complex I’ve lived in since attending MSU. I am sadly relocating this fall, so it is my last spring here at this community. I absolutely love the location - not too far from campus so you can get there quick, but far enough to not have all the campus traffic! There’s an amazing walking path, and pond as well. Also the staff is very friendly, and they do their best everyday to ensure you feel safe and seen! I will miss 25 east but I recommend!Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2025They will lie to you, gaslight you and do everything in their power to screw you over. Moved in and the 3 people living here smoked week DAILY. They took out all of the smoke detectors in the unit. They inspected the unit several times, didn't mention anything during that time, After they moved out, I Stayed. City inspections came, leasing office tried to hold the sole person left accountable. Luckily, I had emailed them months prior about this (ofc they didnt do anything) otherwise I have no ...doubt they'd try to put me on the hook. Apart from the property and units being disgusting and overpriced, you also have to deal with rude students as staff that appear to have little to no professional training. Wish I could give zero
September 21, 2023I moved here because the bus is convenient and it’s the cheapest rent I could find. They have a pool, a gym, do events, and their show apartment looks nice. However, actually living here is awful. Upon move in absolutely nothing in the apartment had been cleaned and there was mold under the sink and behind the toilet. Both our washer and our dryer are broken and our toilet has been leaking since move in. We have put in numerous maintenance requests and a MONTH later our toilet has finally been ...fixed. We still don’t have a functional washer or dryer. We’ve emailed the property manager, the leasing office, and the property company and have received ZERO communication back. If I could give zero stars, I would
October 3, 2022The day my daughter moved in, the apartment was filthy and had zero maintenance since the prior tenants moved out. The table and chairs were broken, and there were still personal bathroom items remaining from former tenants. So, from the very first day, they were in breach of their leasing agreement. They pulled a crew together quickly to at least bring the apartment to a less disgusting standard and my daughter moved in. Oh, and the first “month’s” rent is basically them charging for an ...entire month when my daughter was only there a week of that month. So, while they “waive” fees and advertise a monthly payment, it is all just a ruse … they get it by charging the tenants for 3 weeks that they don’t even live there. While the manager was nice, she could not speak to specifics of the lease and I heard a lot of “well I know it says that, but that is not what we do.” Crazy. So many consumer protection issues … but that will be for another day. Now, my daughter, who is a student at MSU, has been without internet for 2 days. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone to discuss yet another breach on their end of the lease agreement. All I will say is that you get what you pay for …. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Their inability to have internet now places my daughter in a position where she has to be on campus to do school work she should have been able to do at the apartment, and ride the bus back to her apartment after dark. Also, don’t count on being able to reach anyone by cell phone while they live at 25 East … cell reception is bad .. . I genuinely fear for her safety at this place — particularly when they removed the security lock from the door of her building so that anyone can get in.
