No respect or quietness.
March 29, 2024Lived here for some time. After they evicted the residents who lived in two bedrooms to put in rich college kids that would pay the higher rent. The place has become a cess pool. Garbage everywhere on the property and even thrown in your balconies. During the week don’t count on sleep. They are exponentially loud when walking in. The hallways and even bang on the walls for hours. Honestly this place is a pleasant place anymore and many people are leaving including meProperty Manager Responded

June 10, 2021I love this place it is the perfect location, I ride my bike to the beach on the weekends. It is close to Mizner park which we love to go and grab a bite to eat. The apartment is renovated so it’s in great condition. I highly recommend this place.Review from Apartments.com
Prospective resident! Do not use this apartment complex
June 4, 2021I was thinking about looking into using this apartment complex. Though after seeing how they treat their residents, I am not using them! I am looking elsewhere. They do not help their residents, go up on money, their parking is horrible, I visited multiples times and had lots of cars booted, no lighting, MANAGEMENT VERY RUDE. Very sad to because great location, apartment looks nice but not worth outrageous price and horrible service.Review from Apartments.com
No Peace/Quiet Privacy
October 5, 2020The building is hollow and the walls are paper thin with no insulation. If you want peace/quiet and privacy this is not the apartment complex for you. You will be able to hear all your neighbors (and they'll be able to hear you). You'll be able to hear phone conversations, coughing, rattling dishes, the microwave go off and everything in between. When your neighbors have their TV or music on you'll be able to hear that throughout your apartment as your walls vibrate. The property management ...does nothing to help and suggests that tenants "buy some sound proofing pads or barriers to put up on your walls if you would like." So, as a tenant you'll be responsible for soundproofing your own apartment because the walls are inadequate at blocking out noise.
