The building is old and it leaks! The Superintendent cannot make decent repairs! He will only enter your apartment to make sub-par repairs when you're not home. And also he is a kleptomaniac. He cannot help himself! He will steal small little things in your apartment that he thinks you won't miss. Little things like bathroom toiletries, tools, hair gels. He is a a lazy thief!
The apartments are full of mice and large roaches. I would say the only good thing about it is they give good heat in ...
the winter months, which they should!
