Reached out multiple times, took forever to get a response. Initially tried to deny me for my service animal, then ghosted me with no rely for over a week after I provided all the legal documentation. When I finally called the listed number after no email response, the guy on the other end was no help. Hadn’t followed up on my application, wasn’t sure what to tell me about the next steps. At one point he told me he lived and hour and a half away and couldn’t answer my specific questions about the ...

unit/application process. Now I get why they have so many units available. They’re cute, but not worth dealing with the management group.
