The apartment is nice and comforting. All the apartments in the building are being renovated. On top of all that, the Super is very nice.

So not only am I'm moving, but it's across the country.
My old apt is not suitable for animals and my New apt is SO AWESOME.
I had a slum Lord in NY for four years now and I'd rather pay my Hard earned income to a place fit for animals as well as humans ?. I am Grateful and Blessed.
