I have lived in this apartment for 21 years. Although it is not in the best neighborhood in the Bronx, I will say that when I step into my apartment I feel right at home. Its is near the D and 4 train which is a 45 min ride to the city and right across the street from a beautiful park. I ts not far away from anything that you need which is why its so perfect.
