These apts are clean, affordable and the perfect size. The neighborhood could be better but it could also be worse. I say hello occasionally and stay to myself so no problems. Even leaving at 4am I felt pretty safe. I like having a car port especially during winter. The roads are another story, it's like avoiding land mines lol.
