A lovely old building on The Feeder Canal, in Historic Hudson Falls, N.Y. Various
size apartments from a small one bedroom, to a loft one bedroom, and spacious two bedrooms, a comfortable, quiet, friendly place to live . With an elevator besides stairs, a laundry area on each floor, laundry use is also included in our rent, along with all necessary utilities including cable tv and internet ! Air conditioners can be provided as needed on a month to month basis ! Heat is included and is controlled ...
in each apartment by the tenant ! The mail is delivered inside the building, a bulletin board and community room as well as multiple decks on each level for your enjoyment ! A wonderful, comfortable place to live for your senior years ! The center of town is within walking distance with a lovely park and fountain ! Stores are close by ! The owners are wonderful people who go out of their way to accommodate your needs ! At 72, it is a comfortable, affordable and lovely place to reside ! I would certainly recommend it to anyone over 55 !
