June 26, 2018Been here for 9 months and can't wait until my lease is up . Drug infested area , bed bugs in apartments , drug addicts walking around , trash cans aren't accessible to everyone , drug dealing , shootings , just all around not a good area for kids or elderly . Amazing family community
August 9, 2015I gave been here at Summit Station since December 2014 and I love it here. Managers and residents are very polite and friendly. They are mostly one bedroom apartments except for one building that has two bedrooms. The water is included here. The grounds are kept decent. I don't worry too much about safety here. Any maintenance needs are completed or at least checked into within one day usually the same day. The apartments are very small but very comfortable. Its usually quiet here but some days ...during the summer a loud car will ride by but all in all quiet. They are renovating a lot of the apartments: fixing doors, replacing refrigerators, and cleaning carpets. And if they need to use your electricity, they pay your electric bill! So I always recommend this place to my friends and coworkers and now to you!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
